كشفت وكالة الأنباء المغربية الرسمية نقلا عن مصادر قضائية إسبانية النقاب عن أنه ستتم إحالة دانييل جالفان، الثلاثاء، إلى قاضي المحكمة الوطنية أعلى محكمة جنائية بإسبانيا بعد أن تم سحب العفو الملكي عنه.
وكان «جالفان»، المحكوم عليه في جريمة اغتصاب 11 طفلا، والذي تم سحب العفو الملكي المغربي عنه، اعتقل، الإثنين بمدينة «مورسيا» جنوب إسبانيا، وذلك على إثر مذكرة اعتقال دولية.
وتأتي مذكرة الاعتقال إثر إصدار الملك محمد السادس قرار سحب العفو، الذي سبق منحه لهذا الشخص.
وكان «جالفان»، المحكوم عليه بالسجن لمدة 30 عاما، استفاد عن طريق الخطأ من عفو أصدره الملك المغربي الأسبوع الماضي ضمن 48 إسبانيا تلبية لطلب من الملك الإسباني «خوان كارلوس».
